Curriculum Vitae
I’m Deepak, a founding engineer at Sidecar, building AI automation for logistics. Previously, I worked on voice agents at FanTV AI.
I also build open-source tools and run my own services. This site is where I share the work and write about what I learn.
1 Education
I completed my B.Tech at IIT Bombay (2022–2026), where I was part of the ITC Web Team and built IITB SSO, the Inventory Portal, and the GC Portal for students. I won two Inter IIT gold medals for FinSight, a financial document analysis project, and AptoTrade, a decentralized trading project.
During Google Summer of Code 2025, I worked with Wellcome Sanger Tree of Life, on the MalariaGEN team on genomic classification of mosquito species.

Software EngineerJoined as an SDE intern and transitioned to Software Engineer. Built the frontend for an AI video-creation platform with Next.js Image and CDN optimization. Developed a voice-based health-insurance sales agent with real-time STT, TTS, Gemini, and fast async flows for natural conversation, plus a Vite support UI where speech and structured LLM outputs update the interface mid-call.

Software InternEducational web games in Next.js with reusable internal pieces, plus AI-assisted tutor workflows and a question-generation pipeline using scraping, Claude, AWS Bedrock, EC2, and Webpack.
